Born in Richmond and raised in Vancouver, David received his law degree from the University of Manchester. Since he began practicing law David has had a wide variety of exposure to various areas of civil litigation, including class actions. For a number of years David represented large insurance companies, however, he decided to bring his extensive experience to bear working for Taylor & Blair LLP. David’s practice is now varied and includes providing advice to both employees and employers of all sizes with respect to the legal challenges that can arise in the workplace.

David has successfully appeared before all levels of the British Columbia court system and has significant experience in mediation and negotiations to resolve issues outside of the court system.

Outside of work David spends time with his wife and young children.
